Designing a SaaS platform that integrates the full auction ecosystem — onboarding to settlement — for one of the world's largest commodity trading marketplaces. Three customer cohorts, one product surface.

Shipped a comms platform that automated outbound SMS to impacted customers during major Australian weather events. Built fast, run during crises, judged on empathy at scale.

Shine a Light
Authored IAG's internal Product Playbook explicitly so the 'why' behind decisions wasn't lost in handover. I write a public newsletter for the same reason.
Make it Happen
75% handling-time reduction. 20%+ partner lodgement uptake. 7% increase in online claim submissions. 15% channel shift. The numbers exist because the work shipped.
